Should curtains/shades/blinds sustain damage due to customer misuse or mishandling, a minimum charge of $40.00 per visit, plus additional charges for parts if required, will apply. Cancelations are not accepted after 24 hours, as this is a custom-made order tailored to the customer's color and measurement specifications. It is understood that once the order is signed, it cannot be canceled. The customer acknowledges that in the event of default on payments, they agree to cover all collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. The client signing this contract has 24 hours to cancel the order, incurring a nonrefundable $250 fee upon signing the deposit invoice to cover personnel. Refunds may take between 1 to 7 business days. The 50% deposit covers manufacturing and materials and is nonrefundable.
